How Strong Is Your Foundation?

There is a 33-floor apartment complex coming up just behind where I stay, and I can very clearly see the work that is being carried on over the past few months.

 

Over the last 8 months or so, there is only foundation work being done, which involves continuous digging, rock blasting, space creation, and creating the depth needed to support the tall structure that needs to come up. While doing the regular stuff, the team faces many issues like unforeseen damages, very sturdy and solid rocks that need an innovative strategy to breakthrough, some opposition to the work timings from local residents, bad weather conditions and so on.

 

I have been noticing it and wondering, do we do such hard work to build a foundation on which we can build our careers and our lives!

 

However, in spite of these challenges, does the work stop – the answer is a big NO. It in fact goes on continuously and endlessly engaging the right teams, coming up with right strategies, finding solutions, exploring options and spending the time and effort to fulfil the vision of building a beautiful luxurious complex!

 

My question to you is – HOW SOLID IS THE FOUNDATION ON TOP OF WHICH YOU ARE BUILDING YOUR DREAMS?
